Plaintiff was working for a local pest control company when he was traveling down Lakeshore Road in Grainger County, Tennessee when a 18-year old boy crossed the center line and struck the Plaintiff’s truck causing the Plaintiff to sustain severe injuries to his head resulting in a loss of control of movement. The Plaintiff complained of negligence of the defendant driver and settled the case for $800,000.
