The Plaintiff was a 76 year old retired school teacher who was involved in an automobile accident where the airbag deployed breaking the Plaintiff’s neck and causing her to be paralyzed. The Plaintiff brought an action against Ford Motor Company for the defective design of the airbag system. The Plaintiff ultimately died as a result of her injuries.
