Chuck Terry
Chuck Terry has been working for Terry, Terry & Stapleton for about 14 years. Chuck is a legal assistant and investigator. He takes the initial interviews of all of our clients. He is more involved with the personal injury, workers' compensation and criminal cases in the office. He investigates each case, orders medical records and stays in constant contact with clients.
Chuck is also responsible for our office computer system and he has inherited most of the maintenance and upkeep of the office.

Chuck grew up in Bulls Gap, Tennessee and has never left. He has enjoyed doing many things over the years including racing stock cars, farming, hunting and fly fishing. Chuck is married to Kathy Jones-Terry and has three children.
