Rachael Flanagan

A recent addition to the firm, Rachael Flanagan began working as a paralegal at Terry, Terry & Stapleton in January 2006. Rachael's main responsibility is the management of all medical records for each of the personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability and workers' compensation cases. She also coordinates the scheduling of depositions, mediations, and benefit review conferences for each of the firm's attorneys. Rachael enjoys working closely with medical and legal professionals in the community along with the firm's clients to ensure that their records are kept up to date. "My goal is to make sure that each of our clients feel as though they are actively involved in their case."

Rachael resides in Greene County with her temperamental Chihuahua, "Cheech." She is the oldest daughter of Gary and Debbie Flanagan, also of Greene County. A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Rachael initially developed her passion for law while working for, then attorney, U.S. District Judge J. Ronnie Greer. "I'd always had an interest in the legal field, but it was not until I began working for Judge Greer that I knew it was what I wanted to do with my life."

Rachael is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoys backpacking and camping, caving, photography, watching movies, jigsaw and logic puzzles, scrapbooking and spending time with her friends and family.
