Susan Alexander
Susan Alexander is a Social Security claimants’ representative and a paralegal in the Greeneville office of Terry, Terry & Stapleton with more than 14 years of experience in obtaining disability benefits for clients.
A member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, Susan interviews clients, prepares initial applications, requests and reviews medical records and represents clients in hearings before administrative judges in the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. She also prepares legal briefs on clients’ behalf and handles their appeals.
“In every case, there is a puzzle to put together, and when you do that successfully, you win,” Susan says. “So, I dig and find as much information as I can to put that puzzle together because I know that, for many of our clients, we’re their last hope, and I don’t like to lose.”
Susan is a family-oriented person who enjoys spending time with her two children, working with the youth group at Greystone Freewill Baptist Church in Greeneville and serving as a volunteer for the Boys & Girls Club, Roby Fitzgerald Adult Center and various youth sports teams.
